 PUBLIC CONSULTATION - PROPOSED REVOCATION OF COMMUNITY LAND CLASSIFICATION

Pursuant to Section 194 of the Local Government Act 1999, the Council wishes to notify the community that it proposes to revoke the Community Land Classification of the whole of the following Council owned property, known as: 

  • Undeveloped Reserve – 160 Marine Parade Kingston SE located between David Avenue and Stanley Avenue, in the locality of ‘Wyomi’

(Allotment 82 in Deposited Plan 5289, Certificate of Title Volume 2703 Folio 119).

The revocation of the community land classification is proposed as the land is surplus to Council’s requirements and has been identified as under utilised.

Written submissions are invited from interested persons and must be received by 5.00pm Friday, 29 September 2017.  Submissions are to be directed to the Kingston District Council, PO Box 321, Kingston SE 5275, or emailed to rates@kingstondc.sa.gov.au.
